Returns
Customers can submit a return request to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery and return the product (neither the product nor the packaging must be damaged).
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in good packaging. Please return them to us in their original condition. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable for any returns. If you would like to return an item, please email Support@fycrm.club and include your order number and the item you wish to return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days. We will carefully inspect all items upon receipt.
Fycrm will not refund items that arrive damaged at our facility, as they are no longer resalable. If your request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days. **Special sale items and opened packaging are not eligible for returns.
**All sale and holiday promotion items are final.
**Orders placed with a discount code are returnable within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unopened, excluding special holiday promotions.
Exchanges
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If a product is defective, we will provide a free replacement set or a gift card equal to the product's value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to let you know. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
